What is PSYCH-K® ?
PSYCH-K® is an astonishingly simple method to transform limiting beliefs into supportive beliefs at the subconscious level. In addition, this method allows you to remove stress from your body down to the cellular level.
How does PSYCH-K® work?
With PSYCH-K®, you can change negative beliefs, such as 'I can't do anything,' into positive beliefs, such as 'I can do a lot.' After a PSYCH-K® exercise (which we call a Balance), most people feel relaxed and better about themselves. During a PSYCH-K® session, we don't dig deeply into your past to understand why you thought you weren't good enough. All you need to do is decide that you want to change this belief.
A Balans usually takes 5 to 15 minutes and is quick and easy. The change you make is powerful, lasting, and works on a subconscious level.
Transformation on the subconscious level with PSYCH-K®
In the booklet “Take CONTROL of Yourself” by Paula van der Werff, she clearly explains how you can change old beliefs at a subconscious level using a PSYCH-K® Balance. She explains how PSYCH-K® utilizes an expanded consciousness, which consists of higher consciousness, consciousness, and the subconscious. PSYCH-K® helped me, among other things, to overcome my paralyzing fear of snakes. And that in an exercise of less than 10 minutes. When I discovered the power of this method, it felt like a miracle.
Thoughts and beliefs as the basis of our life script
Our thoughts and beliefs influence everything we do. Based on various psychological theories, I always return to the first seven years of a person's life during coaching sessions. In that time, you form the foundation of your life script, which contains experiences, beliefs, values, and norms. It tells us what we are worth and how we should live our lives. If you do not conform to this script, it creates a restless feeling. And so, you quickly tend to conform to it.
Taking control of your life script
Others largely write your life script in your first seven years of life. I also work with systemic constellations on this. You don't see this script literally in front of you: it exists deep at the subconscious level. You can still use the positive elements, but unfortunately we also continue to carry beliefs that are no longer helpful and/or are even harmful. Sadly, these beliefs contribute to the way we view the world (in a distorted way). You can use the PSYCH-K® transformation process for these beliefs.
How does PSYCH-K® work?
We don't know that exactly yet. Theoretically, a Balance brings your left and right brain hemispheres into balance. This creates a 'whole-brain state.' Scientific validation is being worked on. At the moment, trained practitioners of PSYCH-K® rely on their successful experiences in transforming limiting beliefs in themselves and others. I feel a deep gratitude that I have discovered a method that is so simple for transforming limiting beliefs and stress.
